All other Forte sedans (including GT-Line) come with a 2-liter 4-cylinder engine producing 147 horsepower. There are five trim levels to choose from. There is the base FE, midrange LXS, aforementioned GT-Line, and the well-equipped EX, and fast GT. A 6-speed manual transmission is available on the base FE grade and dedicated-performance GT trim while all other grades come with an automatic transmission. Standard features include Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, forward-collision avoidance assist, forward collision warning, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, and driver attention warning. The LXS brings alloy wheels and a split-folding rear seat while the GT-Line adds a sporty appearance package and sport seats as well as blind spot collision warning. For customers wanting more comfort, choosing the EX nets heated and ventilated front seats, a 10-way power driver’s seat, and the full UVO infotainment system. Buyers wanting the EX’s creature comforts with the GT’s more powerful engine can opt for the GT2 package on the Forte GT sedan.
