Honda Clarity
The Honda Clarity lineup offers an array of electrified powertrain choices in a sophisticated, spacious and comprehensively equipped 5-passenger sedan. There are three versions to choose from: Electric, Fuel Cell, and Plug-In Hybrid. The Electric and Fuel Cell are available as leases only, while the Plug-In Hybrid can be leased or purchased. The Fuel Cell comes with an electric power generation system putting out 174 horsepower and has a range of up to 366 miles. Meanwhile, the Electric has a motor generating 161 horsepower and can travel up to 89 miles. The Plug-In Hybrid has a 4-cylinder engine paired to an electric motor making 212 horsepower combined and has an electric-only range of up to 47 miles, the highest of any plug-in hybrid sedan. Standard features on all versions include Honda Sensing, which brings collision mitigating braking, road departure mitigation, adaptive cruise control, and lane keeping assist, LED headlights, and heated front seats. The upscale Plug-In Hybrid Touring trim, Electric, and Fuel Cell Claritys get navigation, leather seating, and 8-way power driver’s seat.
